Bachelor of Civil Engineering, University of Rwanda. MSc in Hydro-Environment Engineering, Cardiff University, UK. Extensive experience in infrastructure project management and structural design.

Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa. Experience across commercial, hospitality, and residential projects in Rwanda, DR Congo and South Africa.
